These terms and conditions (hereafter "Terms") govern the use of the baji 10x platform and all services connected to it. By visiting the website, creating an account, or taking part in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have voluntarily and fully accepted these Terms.

baji 10x may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means the member has accepted those changes. Members are advised to review this page regularly.

If any clause or part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court or authority, all remaining clauses will continue in full effect.

2.1 Eligibility

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, baji 10x reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be true, complete and up to date. If false information is provided, baji 10x may suspend or permanently close the account. Members are responsible for updating their own information if anything changes.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping login credentials (username and password) completely confidential is the member's own responsibility. Any activity carried out from the account will be treated as having been done by the member. If any suspicious activity is noticed, the support team must be informed immediately.

baji 10x reserves the right to verify the age and identity of all members. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the verification process is complete. The following types of documents may be requested for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on baji 10x can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. To ensure smooth transactions, members must use a payment account registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods are available for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum amount per withdrawal is ৳500. After the request is verified, funds are usually sent within 5 to 30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Liability

baji 10x will not be held responsible if any funds are lost due to an incorrect account number or details provided by the member. It is the member's responsibility to carefully verify all information before making a transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

baji 10x offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To make this bonus eligible for withdrawal, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000 — and to withdraw the bonus funds, ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered.

A bonus is never direct cash — the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.

5.2 Other Promotions

baji 10x offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms — wagering rates, maximum bonus amounts and claim deadlines may vary. baji 10x reserves the right to cancel any bonus if its terms are not met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Operating multiple accounts, providing false information, or coordinated activity among connected individuals with the aim of abusing bonus benefits is punishable. In such cases, accounts may be closed and bonuses forfeited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, baji 10x reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the stake in the event of a technical error, event cancellation, or incorrectly published odds.

6.2 Result Determination

In sports betting, results are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. In casino games, the outcome of the RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer is considered final.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

baji 10x may set a maximum win limit for a single bet in certain games or betting categories. This limit is subject to change and members will be notified in advance where applicable.

6.4 Multi Bets

When betting on multiple events together, all selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. Correlated selections cannot be added to the same multi bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji 10x platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of minors (under 21 years of age)
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Using software, bots or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain any unfair advantage
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Placing bets on a third party's account or operating another person's account

If any such activity is proven, the account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. baji 10x reserves the right to take legal action where applicable.

8.1 baji 10x's Rights

If a member breaches these Terms or evidence of suspicious activity is found, baji 10x may temporarily suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

8.2 Closure at Member's Request

A member may request closure of their own account. Before making the request, they must ensure there are no pending bets or withdrawals. A temporary or long-term self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

The balance of an account closed due to a breach of Terms will not be returned. If closure is for a compliant reason or at the member's own request, any valid balance will be returned through the designated method.
